With two heat settings, you could melt chocolate, butter or cheese by turing to MELT and heat milk by turning to WARM or MELT as you like. However, when you want to melt chocolate, you need to turn to WARM and allow it to warm 3-5 minutes. Then you could pour the melt chocolate into the pot and turn to MELT to keep it running and which makes your chocolate smooth all the time
